Each location is billed monthly based on how many receipt or loyalty scans it processes. Lower-volume locations land in a lower tier automatically — you're never paying for capacity you don't use.
Do I need the full plan, or can I start with ordering only?
Your call. The Online Ordering Only plan is a lighter starting point if you just want branded ordering. You can move to the full Loyalty Ledger + Online Ordering plan whenever you're ready.
